Return or exchange

At erollz.com you have the option to exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of the invoice date under certain conditions. The ordered products must be returned in unused and original condition. Naturally, you can take a short test ride on a bicycle, but this may not be more than 5 kilometers long. If you want to return your bicycle and/or accessories, it is best to email us as soon as possible at info@erollz.com.

As soon as we have received your return, we will transfer the amount to you within two weeks. We cannot accept returns for products with visible signs of use, missing parts or damaged packaging.

What are the conditions for returns?

• You can return a bicycle up to 30 days after the invoice date of your purchase.
• A maximum of 5 kilometers may have been driven on a trial basis.
• You can return a part or accessory up to 30 days after the invoice date of your purchase.
• The product is complete, unused and in the original packaging.
  When purchasing a composite offer or a bundle product, you can only return the complete bundle to us.

Exceptions that we do not accept returns are:

• Items or products with signs of assembly or use.
• Items or products with missing or damaged original packaging.

Are there costs attached?

If you return a product, return costs apply, these costs are for the customer. Do you want to exchange the product? Then you only pay the return costs for the products, we will pay the shipping costs.
