Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day cooling-off period, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. There is a standard fee of €50 per bike for returning bicycles, and a €4 fee for returning other items.
For a valid return, the item must be in its original condition, not worn or used, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@erollz.com. Please note, returns should be sent to respective supplier. This information will be provided when you contact our customer service department.
Upon acceptance of your return, we will send you a return label and instructions for returning the package. Returns will not be accepted without prior request.

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you did not receive the correct product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved. Upon approval, your payment will be automatically transferred back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
