Warranty Policy
Article 1: Scope
These warranty terms apply to all transactions between Erollz and its customers.
In these terms and conditions, “customer” means any natural or legal person who enters into a contractual relationship with Erollz
Article 2: Duration of the warranty
On the battery and all moving parts of the bike, Erollz offers a one-year warranty period.
This warranty period begins on the day the customer receives the product.
Article 3: Limitations of the warranty
The warranty does not cover defects resulting in whole or in part from improper, careless or incompetent use, external causes such as fire or water damage, or customer modifications to the product.
Wear and tear from normal use or damage from heavy use are also excluded from the warranty.
Article 4: Submission of warranty claims
Customers should contact Erollz customer service before making a warranty claim within the warranty period.
The complaint should be clearly described and, if possible, supported with photographs.
If a defect is covered by warranty, Erollz will provide repair or replacement of the product.
Article 5: Return shipments
Erollz will reimburse shipping costs for returning products under warranty claims, provided the claim is justified. Products must be returned properly packaged.
Article 6: Depreciation
In case of damage to the returned product that is not covered by the warranty or in case of prolonged use, a reduction in value may be charged. Erollz assesses this on a case-by-case basis. Depreciation is based on the condition of the returned product and will never exceed the original purchase price. Customers are informed in advance of any depreciation in value before the product is accepted for return or the warranty procedure is completed.
